Completing the API Integration Survey
This article reviews all the information you need to successfully fill out our API Integration Survey, which we require you to complete before we can move forward with setting up an API connection.
General Information Required
You will always need the following information for any API connection:
- Customer ID (numeric value found in the grid under Customers > Manage Customers in 3PL Warehouse Manager)
- TPL # (found on your 3PL Central invoice)
If requiring a set of REST credentials for an external API connection, you will also need the following:
- Developer name and contact information
- Platform (which site you are building a connection to)
- User ID (found in 3PL Warehouse Manager)
Specific Information Required for Pre-Wired Connections
If you are requesting a pre-wired connection, requirements differ depending on the shopping cart. Everything you need from your customer is listed for each specific connection below.
Each of the connection names also contain direct links that provide further guidance on how to obtain the required information.
