February 2, 2022 – Feature Release Notes
Up to 1 hour of downtime anticipated between 20:00 and 21:00 PT (23:00 and 24:00 ET)
New + Improved
WMS-17385 – Shopify: Updated our pre-wired Shopify integration to capture Shopify order tags as order-level custom fields. This will allow you to see those tags, which provide additional information that can be relevant when fulfilling the order.
WMS-17856 – Event Notifications: Added the "LocationId" field as an optional substitution field when customizing email notification templates under Customers > Customer Notifies, which displays the Location ID in the notification message. The "Location" field maps to the Location Description, not the Location ID.
WMS-19809 – Small Parcel: Applied minor UI changes in the Pack and Ship dialog to adhere with our product style guidelines.
Fixes
WMS-19781 – Manage Users: Resolved an issue when editing users where the Save button was disabled unless the user account being modified was for the currently logged-in user. Additionally, when canceling out of the Edit User dialog, the system applied an automatic filter to the user list grid to display only the currently logged-in user. These bugs prevented administrative users from effectively managing user accounts.
WMS-19900 – Small Parcel: Addressed the error handling for orders that time out due to having a large amount of packages (typically > 100) to process labels for. Prior to this fix, the system would present an unhelpful JSON error. The system now presents you with a clean error message that recommends using HVP.
WMS-19925 – Manage Items: Corrected an issue where the NMFC drop-down list would not properly handle NMFC values that contained leading or trailing spaces.
WMS-20083 – Manage Items: Resolved an issue when creating/editing an item configuration where access to the Recurring Storage and Storage/Handling Charge tabs were not restricted. Visibility of these tabs is now controlled by the following permission under on the Manage Roles page: Customer Module > Customer Items > Manage Storage Rates. Users that need access to these tabs must be assigned a role with this permission.
WMS-20096 – Transaction by Line Item Report: Addressed an issue in the default report when exporting to a CSV file where the column headers displayed incorrectly.
WMS-20097 – Stock Status Report: Corrected an issue with the default report where the column headers would not properly display when exported to a CSV file.
WMS-20099 – OSD Report: Resolved an issue with the default Overage, Shortage, and Damaged Report where the Expected Qty was not displayed as part of the report detail.
WMS-20166 – Transaction by Line Item Detail Report: Addressed an issue with the default report, when generating the Shipping Report, where the ShipTo column would not display data for random transactions.
WMS-20279 – SmartScan Load-Out (BETA): Corrected an issue with the pick job list where you were unable to cycle through the available pick jobs. The ability to enter or scan a specific transaction number to open the associated pick job worked as expected.
WMS-20338 – SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue where the user assigned to a pick job was being cleared when the pick was completed. This behavior is needed for the new Load-Out feature, currently in a closed beta, but was not intended to affect other picking methods in SmartScan.
