New + Improved
WMS-3873 – Order Import: Added three summary fields to the Order List grid, which is the intermediate page available to display the contents of an order import file prior to creating the orders. The new summary fields, which appear directly above the grid, display the following: Total Orders, Total Overallocated Orders, and Total Primary Units Ordered.
WMS-6779 – Warehouse Users: Modified the 'Customer' drop-down lists throughout the system to display only those customers with inventory in the warehouses assigned to that user. This makes it easier to locate relevant customers when filtering grids in 3PL Warehouse Manager.
This is simply a filter for the contents of the 'Customer' drop-down lists. Assigning a warehouse does not restrict access to data for customers in other facilities. The ability to assign a warehouse to a user is meant solely to simplify the user experience.
WMS-7082 – Find Receipts (prototype): Added a grid column for 'Expected Arrival Date', which is only available in the new prototype.
WMS-10503 – Find Receipts (prototype): Released a new Find Receipts prototype page, available to all users. This new page incorporates all the updates and improvements previously added to the Find Orders, Manage Inventory, and Mass Add pages, which includes the following:
- Loading all grid data into the browser for instantaneous sorting, filtering, and scrolling of data
- Ability to sort and filter on all available grid columns
- Ability to export the current grid as either a CSV or Excel file
- Ability to save page configurations into "views" that you can instantly populate to perform specific tasks
The prior version of the Find Receipts page is still available under the Receipts module. This version will remain available for the duration of the prototype release and will be replaced once we receive enough feedback to validate that the prototype is ready for general availability. We ask that you please provide your feedback on this prototype in 3PL Central Community at this link.
WMS-11282 – USPS Services: Added the following service levels to the USPS carrier: First Class Mail Intl (Endicia) and PP First Class Mail Intl (Stamps.com).
Fixes
WMS-5509 – Find Receipts (prototype): Corrected an issue where the 'Arrival Date' grid column displayed a timestamp different than what was actually specified on the receipt. Typically, the timestamp was off by 1–2 hours.
Please note that this discrepancy still exists on the current Find Receipts page and was only addressed in the new Find Receipts prototype page since it will replace the existing page in the coming weeks.
WMS-6352 – Manage Locations: Resolved an issue that would occur if you edited a Location ID, in which the Manage Locations grid would not reflect the change you made.
WMS-9289 – Find Orders: Addressed an issue where printing pick tickets for a batch of orders would result in the grid de-selecting the batch. The orders now stay selected after the pick tickets are generated.
WMS-10715 – SmartParcel: Corrected an issue that would generate an error when you attempted to print a return label for an order shipped using the RR Donnelley carrier.
WMS-11042 – Edit BOL: Resolved an issue where 3rd-party billing information was not mapping to the Edit BOL page for orders that were created via import file.
Operations
WMS-10845 – SmartPack: A large number of errors were being thrown if you were using the SmartPack page for one customer and opened the Edit Order page in another tab for a different customer. This fix will make sure the system respects the active customers on both pages, greatly reducing the chances of receiving the error.
WMS-11362 – Error Handling: Made updates to the error handling to resolve an issue where a system/server error (5xx error) dialog was being displayed in certain cases when the issue was actually a client-side error (4xx error). The system will now display the correct error dialog in these instances.

WMS-11530 – Order Import: We are aware of an issue that occurs after selecting the "View list of orders after file validation" option and importing an order—if you adjust the grid to only display 2 columns, the summary text above the grid (if shown) will overlap.
WMS-11533 – Confirm Receipt: We are aware of an issue that occurs when back-dating the Arrival Date by just 1–2 hours that might cause the system to return a false error about the arrival date being in the future. If this happens, simply re-confirm the receipt and it will confirm successfully on the second try.
WMS-11538 – Receipts: We are aware that the format of date/time values in exported files, both Excel and CSV, are inconsistent, and the Expected Arrival Date value is not included in the export file (displays as 00:00).
WMS-11539 – Find Receipts: The Expected Arrival Date time stamp is not saving properly, which causes the Find Receipts grid to display the wrong time.
