June 21, 2023 – Maintenance Release Notes
Up to 1 hour of downtime is anticipated between 20:00 and 21:00 PT (23:00 and 24:00 ET)
Improved
WMS-26420 – Left Navigation: Released a new page (Customers > SmartScan Label Templates) for creating custom movable unit (MU) templates for use with the SmartScan mobile application. From this page you can create customized templates for printing MU labels when receiving, moving, or preparing inventory for load out.
WMS-26609 – SmartScan Load Out: Updated the "Load Out" portion of the workflow such that the Seal value is no longer required. A trailer seal is only required in certain scenarios, so making it always required didn't make sense.
WMS-26628 – Adjust Inventory: When reducing inventory, updated the "Select Receive Item" grid to include additional columns for the Lot and Serial # associated with a given receive item. Prior to this, the grid had an Expiration Date column.
Fixed
WMS-24651 – Manage Inventory: Resolved an issue where the Movable Unit Type column displayed the default MU type for that item, rather than the MU type that was assigned to the receiveitem when it was received. Usually, this is the same value, but in cases when it's different, Manage Inventory should display the actual MU type, not the default.
WMS-26471 – Manage Assemblies: Resolved an issue when confirming an assembly transaction that was originally created in the classic Assemblies page where the system would throw an error and the user could not confirm the assembly transaction. This error was caused by differences in the status flags set on the assembly transactions when created in the classic Assemblies page vs. the new Manage Assemblies page.
WMS-26629 – Adjust Inventory: Resolved some minor UI issues: If a customer is assigned to a single warehouse, that warehouse is auto-selected upon selecting the customer; removed the "Preferred Location" label from the Location field since it was not appropriate for the use of the Location field; updated the in “Charge Per Unit” and “Number of Units” fields in the Create a Manual Charge modal to support negative values, which effectively lets users apply credits if desired.
