User Management: We’ve simplified the creation and management of user accounts. You can now handle all user access and roles directly within Extensiv Hub—no need to switch between individual apps anymore.

Extensiv Hub

Multiple App Instance Selection: Organizations with more than one version of an app can now choose which version to use.

Dropdown Alignment Fix: The instance selector on the IM landing page is now center-aligned for better visual consistency.

User Profile Enhancements: Users can now view all organizations they belong to and see which ones require two-factor authentication (2FA).

Improved Image Uploads: Profile and company image uploads now use Cropper.js for easier cropping and resizing.

Loading Spinner for User Info: A spinner now appears during user info loading to prevent interaction during organization transitions.

Network Manager

Full Order Details: The Transactions screen now displays complete order information.

Warehouse Manager

2FA Restrictions for WM Mobile: Users with WM Mobile are now restricted from enabling 2FA to avoid compatibility issues.

Labor Analytics

Warehouse Filter: A new filter was added to the Product Sales tab to allow filtering by warehouse.

Labor Analytics Details: Pick Jobs now show warehouse, customer, and associate names for better visibility.
 

Bug Fixes

Extensiv Hub

Role Filter: Filtering users by role now returns accurate results.

Forgot Password Flow: Users with temporary passcodes now receive a new one and are redirected to the login page with a clear message.

General Settings Style: Saved settings now appear grayed out, matching the intended design.

Network Manager

Customer Dropdown: Authentication tokens no longer appear in the customer dropdown—actual names are shown.

Labor Analytics

Time Discrepancy: Clarified time tracking by distinguishing between total time and time with pauses.

Extensiv ID

• Improved behavior of sorting by Extensiv ID on Organizations tab.
• Updated design for copying Extensiv ID in Hub.

Role Matrix Components: Updated Edit, Cancel, and Save buttons to align with Hub style guide. 

System Admin: Prohibited deletion of  the System Administrator role. 

Login and Password Reset page: Cleaned up design on login and password reset page.

Two-Factor Authentication: Fixed font in 2FA dialog modals. 

Fulfillment Marketplace

Address Form: Updated the new address form in Warehouse Information page. 

Profile Status: Update profile status from Pending Review to Draft when deleting the only warehouse in an account. 

Helper Text: Fixed the Helper Text for Sort Order text field so there is more space between the input field and the helper text.

Organization: Resolved permission errors being thrown when switching organization.

Profile Settings: Resolved the placement of Profile Settings under Profile tab. 

Salesforce Customer ID: Resolved an issue in Hub where a line was overlapping with the Salesforce Customer ID text field label.

Company Name: Resolved issues related to company name having spaces.

Two-Factor Authentication: Resolved placement of 2FA setup screen.
