Improvements 

Shopify Integration: We implemented Phase 1 of our Shopify integration improvements, focusing on enhanced order visibility and smoother multi‑channel operations. These updates are designed to increase accuracy, automation, and scalability for customers using Shopify with Extensiv Order Management.

Shopify Improvements:

  • New Settings and Configuration Options: “Download Fraud Analysis” and “Set POS Order Shipping Address."
  • New Financial Status Filter: Filter orders by financial state—Pending, Authorized, or Paid.
  • Additional Financial Fields Added: “payment_date”, “payment_status”, “amount_paid”, and “cart_original_order_date_ISO8601”
  • Order Source Now Matches Store Name: Shopify orders will now reflect the actual store name instead of a generic “Shopify” value. Custom order source values can still be configured if needed. This applies only to new Shopify connections. There will be no changes to existing connections.

Extensiv Order Management Improvements

  • New Settings: "Auto Ship POS orders" and "Load Sales Channel Cancellations"
  • New Buyer Information Fields: "buyerName", “buyerUsername”
  • Improved Split Order Handling: Tracking updates for split orders are now more reliable when sent back to sales channels.
  • Enhanced High‑Volume Order Processing: Faster and more efficient handling with large order volumes.
  • Automatic Sales Channel Creation: Sales channels created in Integration Management now automatically appear in Order Management and are auto‑linked for orders and inventory.
  • Clear Shopify Channel Identification: New Shopify sales channels will display as “Shopify” instead of “Custom” for easier recognition.
  • Location Mapping Support: If you use multiple locations in both Shopify and Order Management, locations can now be mapped in Integration Management to ensure accurate inventory updates and shipment notifications in Shopify.
  • Return Request Support: Returns created in ApparelMagic and Vend are now imported into Order Management.

New Order Field Support from CommerceHub: CommerceHub orders now include the ERPCusOrderNumber as an additional order‑level field.

Fixes

CommerceHub Shipping Address Fix: Resolved an issue where some CommerceHub orders were loading with a duplicate “Attention” line in the shipping address.

Improved Reliability for ChannelAdvisor Inventory Sync: Inventory updates are now more reliable during authentication refreshes, preventing missed SKU updates.

Improved Tax Accuracy for Shopify Orders: Enhanced how tax‑inclusive pricing from Shopify is handled when orders are sent to Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager.
