Granting Customers Access to Billing Manager

User Management is now managed in Extensiv Hub. See our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv. 

 

Update the Customer User role

  1. Log in to Extensiv.
  2. Go to Roles. Then, select Customer User.
  3. Review enabled permissions for this role. If no Billing Management Admin Access is added, click Edit
  4. Select the Billing Management Admin Access.
