Fixes
Recalculate Charges: Resolved an issue to support a date range of up to 31 days, allowing users to recalculate charges for a full month.
Recurring Storage Charges: Resolved an issue where Billing Manager did not properly delete the original set of charges before ingesting the updated set of charges when regenerating recurring storage charges from 3PL Warehouse Manager.
Charges: Resolved an issue where the reference number for charges related to inbound transactions was not displayed properly in the Charges grid.
Improvements
UOM Count Rate: Allows customers to charge a rate based on an item's Units of Measure configuration in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn more about UOM Count Rate, see our articles on Understanding UOM Count Rate and Creating a UOM Count Rate for a Receipt of Shipment.
Rush Fee: Allows customers to charge a rush fee for transactions processed outside of normal fulfillment workflows through a newly added charge condition, Fulfillment Time, which is available for Shipping and Receiving transactions. Invoice Review: Enhanced the integration with QuickBooks Online and Desktop to send an update if a user manually marks an invoice as paid in Billing Manager.
Recalculate Charges Workflow: Added a reminder that the process runs in the background and may take several minutes to complete when users opt to recalculate charges.
Invoice Numbering Settings: Added a warning to inform customers that when setting up invoices and integrating Billing Manager with accounting software like QuickBooks, there is a restriction on the maximum length of an invoice number.
Cancelled Charges: Cancellation charges now appears in the Charges grid where they can be reviewed and added to invoices as needed.
