Improvements
BS - 5509: Updated backend logic to better handle scenarios where a confirmed WMS transaction is quickly re-opened and reconfirmed. This change will help prevent the Billing Manager from attempting to recalculate charges while related events are in progress.
BS - 4829 Rate Builder: When building a rate with a condition, we have updated the modal that appears after adding a condition. The default selection for the 'Add Another Condition' prompt is now 'No'. This change was made in response to user feedback indicating that users were mistakenly clicking 'Yes', thinking it was the button to finish creating the rate.
BS - 4663: Improved our charge management experience for Billing users and their customers by enabling users to filter charges in the Customer Portal by transaction ID, transaction type, and charge category.
BS - 4404 Invoice Settings: Added an option to override the starting value for the 'Invoice Numbering' portion of the system-generated invoice number when using the 'Sequential Number' option. By default, sequential numbering starts at one (1), but now users can specify a different starting value if desired.
