Whitelisting IP Addresses
External systems are typically configured to block traffic from unknown origins as a way to help boost data security and avoid malicious web traffic. To identify safe sources, you must add specific IP addresses to your platform's "whitelist"—this alerts the platform's firewalls that all traffic coming from these IP addresses is coming from a trusted source.
If your external platform is reliant on whitelisting for API or EDI connectivity, you must add the following address range to your platform's whitelist to send and receive 3PL Warehouse Manager data.
- 3.131.3.90
- 3.131.5.63
- 3.17.2.36
