Connection Guidelines
To connect a Sendle account to Small Parcel Suite, you must have the following information. To signup for a Sendle account, you can do so online at https://try.sendle.com/en-us/partners/extensiv.
● An active account with Sendle
● Your Sendle Account ID and API Key
● You must enter your billing details into your Sendle account before it can be successfully connected to ShipEngine.

Fuel Surcharge
Sendle does not charge fuel surcharges.
Scheduled Pickups
Creating a Sendle label will automatically schedule a pickup based on the scheduled Ship Date.
Sendle does not do same day pickup without prior approval for your account.

Estimated Delivery Date for Rates
Sendle assumes next day pick-up for your shipments. If you are rate shopping in Small Parcel Suite, the delivery dates returned will reflect an assumption of same day pickup.
