Adding Stamps.com as a Shipping Provider
Extensiv Order Management offers out-of-the-box integration with various shipping providers. For general instructions on adding a shipping provider to Order Management, see Adding Shipping Providers.
This article will show the steps needed for you to add Stamps.com as a shipping provider on Order Management.Â
A Stamps.com account is required before connecting in Order Management. If you do not already have a Stamps.com account, you will need to sign up for one to use Stamps.com as a Shipping Provider.
At this time, multi-package shipping is not supported in Order Management for Stamps.com.Â

To Add Stamps.com as a Shipping Provider
- Login to Extensiv Hub, and then navigate to the Settings at the Order Management.
- In the left navigation pane, select the Shipping Providers tab.
- In the Shipping Providers tab click on New Shipping Providers.
- In the New Shipping Provider window, select Stamps.com from the list of shipping providers.
- On the Stamps.com Integration form, enter your Stamps.com account information and click Save to connect.
- Once your account is connected you will be able to configure the shipping services and packages you would like to utilize in Extensiv through Stamps.com. To do this, click on Services & Packages. Uncheck any service and package type you do not want to utilize.
- Finally, adjust your shipping provider account payment options as needed through Configure Payment. Here you can see your current balance, set up a minimum balance threshold and get alerts when this threshold is reached.
