Connection guidelines
Before you can start shipping orders through BUKU with the USPS, Â you must first connect to BUKU as a Provider in Small Parcel Suite from the Small Parcel Settings page. To obtain a BUKU account for connection, you should contact BUKU directly to discuss the setup requirements for USPS shipping.
Once you have connected your BUKU Ship account, you will be provided an automatic connection to USPS. Â If you do not see the USPS carrier for a warehouse or customer in the system, you can re-connect automatically by selecting a new carrier connection to USPS with BUKU as the Provider.
We recommend printing 1–2 test shipping labels at least one business day in advance of needing to print labels for active shipments.Â
