Duplicating a Rate Sheet

This article is about the Billing Manager app, not the Billing Wizard in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn about the Billing Wizard, please refer to the articles in the Billing Setup.

This article outlines the steps to duplicate a rate sheet.

  1. Open Biling Manager.
  2. Go to Rates > Rate Sheets.
  3. Select the rate sheet you want to duplicate from the Rate Sheets list.
  4. Click the Duplicate rate sheet icon.
  5. Choose between Global rate sheet or Custom rates.
  6. Click Next.

Skip Steps 7 and 8 if you selected Custom rates in Step 5.

Global rate sheet

  1. Enter the Rate sheet name and Rate sheet description.
  1. Click Duplicate.

Custom rates

  1. Select the customer for whom you want to create these custom rates. Then, click Create.

Note: A prompt showing the number of custom rates created is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Reviewing a custom rate

  1. Review new custom rates for your selected customer. Either select a rate from the list or use the search functionality to preview settings.

When a rate is selected, the Quick edit section appears on the right side of the page.
  1. Click Done at the top-right corner if you've finished reviewing the custom rates and no changes are necessary. Proceed to Step 12 to modify a rate.

A separate prompt appears to confirm this action. Click Done.

Note: A success message is displayed when you returned to the Rate Sheets page. To view and edit them again, go to Customer's Settings.

Modifying a custom rate

  1. Modify the custom rate as needed. Then, click Save.

Note: A success message is displayed to confirm changes are saved.

If you attempt to navigate away from the Quick Edit section with unsaved changes, a confirmation dialog is displayed.
