Understanding Order, Shipment and Inventory Sync Times in Network Manager
This article explains how long it takes for orders, inventory, and shipments to sync across three platforms: the sales channel, the Network Manager, and the 3PL Warehouse Manager.
Order import time
Orders are pulled from the sales channel based on a set frequency in the ‘Order Download’ (Cart Settings). They are then sent to the Network Manager at a frequency determined by the ‘Order Delivery’ in the Merchants settings. Next, these orders are retrieved from the Network Manager based on the ‘Order Download’ settings (Order Manager Cart)  and then transferred to the 3PL Warehouse Manager according to the frequency set in the ‘Order Delivery’ settings.Â
Orders should not be edited in the Network Manager or sales channels after sync as it will not sync in 3PL Warehouse Manager.Â
Inventory sync time
The synchronization of inventory data from the 3PL Warehouse Manager to the Network Manager is determined by the 'Inventory' setting in the Synchronization with WMS section and the ‘Inventory Upload’ setting in the Order Manager cart. Subsequently, this inventory is synced to the sales channel (Order Source) from the Network Manager based on the ‘Inventory Upload’ setting and ‘Inventory' in the Synchronization with WMS setting.
Shipment sync frequency
Shipments are pulled from the 3PL Warehouse Manager based on a set frequency in your customer's  ‘Shipment Confirmations’ settings. They are then sent to the Network Manager at a frequency determined by the ‘Shipment Upload’ setting in the Order Manager Cart settings. Next, these shipments are retrieved from the Network Manager based on the 'Shipment Confirmations' settings. Then data is pushed to the sales channel (order source) according to the frequency set in the ‘Shipment Upload’ settings (sales channel Carts settings).
