Granting Customers Access to Billing Manager
This article guides 3PL providers on how to grant their customers access to Billing Manager.
Step-by-step guide
You must complete these 3 steps when granting access to your customers.Â
- Update the Customer User role
- Grant access to Billing Manager
- Mark as Customer User

Step 1 - Update the Customer User role
- Log in to Extensiv.
- Go to Roles. Then, select Customer User.
- Review enabled permissions for this role. If no Billing Management Admin Access is added, click Edit.Â
- Select the Billing Management Admin Access.Â
- Click Save.
Step 2 - Grant access to Billing Manager
- Open the Users module.Â
- Find the customer to whom you want to grant access to Billing Manager. Then, click Edit.
- Select Billing Manager. Then, click Save.
Step 3 - Mark as customer user
- Open the Billing Manager application.Â
- Go to the Users module.Â
- Find the customer and click Edit.
- Mark the checkbox for 'Is Customer User.'
- Choose the customer account to which this user should have access by clicking the dropdown arrow.
- Click Save.
