Finding an Article in the New Help Center
Overview
The new Extensiv Help Center is a centralized knowledge base designed to provide users with self-service resources, product documentation, and community-driven support. It offers ways to quickly access product guides, release notes, training, and system updates, ensuring that customers and partners can maximize the value of Extensiv’s suite of solutions.
How to Find an Article
To find an article in the new Help Center, you may choose either of the following methods:
Using the Search Box
- On the Help Center home page, enter your desired search keywords into the provided search box.

- Once the search results appear, browse through them and click on the result you were searching for to be transferred to the corresponding article.

- (Optional) If your intended article is not among the search results, repeat step 1 while refining your keywords or providing new ones until the desired article appears.
Manually Navigating the Help Center
- On the Help Center home page, scroll down to the Extensiv Product categories.

- Select a category.

(Optional) If your intended article is among the listed Popular Articles, click the link to be transferred to the corresponding article.

- If your intended article is not among the Popular Articles listed, scroll down to the list of Topics under the product, then select from the available subtopics to be taken to the list of individual articles.

- Click on the title of choice from among those listed to be redirected to the corresponding help article.
For topics that do not have subtopics, clicking on the topic itself will redirect you to the list of individual articles falling under it.
