Troubleshooting Inc Orders Missing Shipping Addresses INC-1296
Problem
We identified an issue with EDI orders and other integrations that imported orders into 3PL Warehouse Manager without shipping addresses.
We have provided a solution on how to address all of your previously affected orders.
Solution
Step 1: Cancel your affected orders
- Navigate to Orders > Find Orders.
- Filter orders by the current date and then sort them by Ship To address.
- Select affected orders without a Ship To address.
- Click Manage > Cancel.
- Fill out the ‘Cancelation Reason’ field and click Cancel Order.
Step 2: Reach out to your CSM
Reach out to your CSM once you have canceled all of your affected orders. They will confirm that the orders have been canceled and will take the next steps to refresh your orders.
